DARTMOUTH WOODS INDUSTRIAL PARK

This development project centered around the construction of a new roadway to serve four industrial lots in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, all of which have been sold. The property was owned by the Downey Properties entity, Dartmouth Woods, Inc., and Hayes & Sherry provided brokerage services for one of the land transactions. The gross sales price of the land portion of the development equaled $3,000,000.
