Faunce Corner Commons was another adaptive use of a former department store in Dartmouth, MA. With 160,000 sf of space, it is now a state-of-the-art mixed-use property that houses HealhTrax Fitness & Wellness, Southcoast Hospitals Group, Navionics, Oberon Company, and Garcia, Glauska and DeSousa Engineering. It is owned by Stanley Street Holdings, LLC an entity of Downey Development.
