SIPPICAN BUSINESS PARK

The most recent project, Sippican Business Park sits on a former Lockheed Martinn campus in Marion, MA. With over 225,000 sf of space on roughly 74 acres, it is one of the largest properties in the portfolio. The goal for this project is a combination of adaptive mixed-use with a focus on R&D and manufacturing, as well as purpose built new construction on the raw upland parcels. The property is currently owned by Sippican Holdings, LLC, a Downey Development entity.
