SOUTHCOAST CENTER

Southcoast Center is located on a 20-acre parcel of land bounded by Mill Road, Bridge Street and Route 240, just off the Exit 18 Interchange of Interstate 195 in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. The four-story building has over 290,000 sf of space and over 1,400 parking spaces. Home of one of AT&T’s East Coast Call Centers, it is now home to the Corporate Headquarters of First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union, Southcoast Hospitals Group, Southcoast Hospitals Visiting Nurse Association, offices for various centers of study of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth including SMAST, Center for Marketing Research, and the Kaput Center. In 2020, Southcoast Center was sold by Mill Bridge Holdings, an entity of Downey Development, to Simrah Gardens, LLC.
